Cavaliers wings De’Andre Hunter and Dean Wade have sparked trade interest, with opposing teams continuing to check whether Cleveland would consider breaking up its “core four” of Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, and Jarrett Allen, according to Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com.

Fedor reports the Cavs’ front office has consistently pushed back on the idea of a major shake-up, believing the current roster, when healthy, can contend in the Eastern Conference. As a result, any significant moves are viewed as more likely in the offseason.

Cleveland could still look at a smaller deadline deal, potentially involving Lonzo Ball, who hasn’t had the bench impact the team hoped for. His contract, which includes a $10MM team option for 2026/27, could appeal to teams seeking cap flexibility.

Fedor adds that the Cavs have shown interest in Mavericks forward Naji Marshall, though Dallas is reportedly seeking at least a first-round pick, and it’s unclear whether Cleveland is willing to part with its lone tradable first-rounder at this time.
