Maccabi Tel Aviv should add an Israeli guard to their roster soon. Sport5.co.il reports that the club made an offer to Meir Tapiro of Bnei Hasharon. 34-year-old guard was offered 2-year-contract and is likely to accept it.
Tapiro was one of the leaders at Bnei Hasharon last season. He averaged 12.6 points, 4 assists and 4 rebounds per game in Eurocup. He has played in Israeli clubs during his career with only exception in 2004-2005 season when he played in Nancy.
