Russell Westbrook scored 26 points, including six 3-pointers, to lead the Sacramento Kings to a 128-115 win over the Washington Wizards at Golden 1 Center on Friday, marking the Kings’ fourth straight victory.

Domantas Sabonis returned from a 27-game absence with a partially torn meniscus, coming off the bench to score 13 points with seven rebounds and five assists in just over 21 minutes. Dennis Schroder also returned from a three-game suspension and added 15 points and five assists.

DeMar DeRozan scored 17 points, while Precious Achiuwa and Zach LaVine contributed 16 each, helping Sacramento maintain a balanced offensive attack. The Kings improved to 12-30, winning the first three games of a seven-game homestand.

Washington was led by Alex Sarr’s 19 points and Tre Johnson’s 18, but the Wizards dropped their fifth straight game to fall to 10-30. Trae Young, acquired from Atlanta in a midseason trade, remains sidelined with knee and quadriceps injuries.

Sacramento jumped to an early lead with 41 first-quarter points and held a 67-61 edge at halftime. The Kings extended their advantage in the third quarter, outscoring Washington 34-23, and never relinquished control.

Westbrook shot 9 of 14 from the field, including 6 of 9 from three, and added six assists, while Sabonis provided efficiency inside with 5 of 6 shooting. Schroder’s energy off the bench kept the Wizards from mounting a serious comeback.

The Kings’ defensive effort limited Washington to 44% shooting from the field and 32% from three, forcing key turnovers at critical stretches. Sacramento’s home-court dominance has been a factor in their recent four-game winning streak.
