Jordan Miller is making the most of his recent opportunity as he works to turn a two-way deal with the Los Angeles Clippers into something more permanent.

His role has expanded noticeably over the past five games, and he’s responded with consistent production, averaging 11.8 points and 3.4 rebounds during that span.

Miller has delivered some standout performances along the way, including a 21-point night against the Brooklyn Nets and a 14-point showing versus the Charlotte Hornets.

Those outings have helped reinforce his belief that he’s ready for a larger stage.

“I’ve always trusted what I bring to the floor,” Miller said in an interview with Janis Carr of the Orange County Register. “I went through Summer League twice, made first team, and that gave me confidence.

“Now it’s about stepping out there and making it clear to everyone that this is where I’m supposed to be. That’s kind of the message for me this season. Every chance I get, I want to prove I belong.”
