Jonathan Kuminga is questionable for Golden State with bilateral knee patellar tendonitis. De’Anthony Melton is out with left ACL surgery.
Golden State enters the matchup at 7-6 after winning two of their last three games, including a 125-120 victory at San Antonio on November 12. The visitors lost 102-126 at Oklahoma City on November 11.
Stephen Curry averages 27.1 points, 3.9 assists, and 4.0 rebounds per game for the Dubs. Jimmy Butler posts 19.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per contest. Jonathan Kuminga contributes 13.8 points and 6.6 rebounds per outing. Draymond Green adds 5.5 assists and 5.3 rebounds nightly.
The Spurs are dealing with multiple injuries as well. Dylan Harper is out with a left calf strain. Several Spurs two-way players will also be unavailable, including David Jones Garcia and Riley Minix, both on G League two-way.
San Antonio has started the season 8-3, fueled by Victor Wembanyama’s scoring and rebounding. Injuries could test their depth against a Warriors squad that holds a 4-3 record away from home.
