The New Orleans Pelicans have added depth to their training camp roster by signing free agent forward Jalon Moore to an Exhibit 10 contract, according to HoopsHype.

Moore, who spent his college career at Georgia Tech and Oklahoma, went undrafted in 2025 after suffering an injury during his senior season. He had been projected as a potential late second-round pick before the setback.

During his final year at Oklahoma, the 6-foot-7 forward averaged 15.9 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.3 made three-pointers per game while shooting 47.1 percent from the field and 38.1 percent from beyond the arc.

Across four collegiate seasons, Moore appeared in 110 games and averaged 10.6 points and 5.3 rebounds. He showed steady growth throughout his career, developing into a reliable scorer and rebounder while improving his perimeter shooting.

The Exhibit 10 deal provides Moore with an opportunity to compete for a roster spot in training camp. If waived, he could earn a bonus by joining the Pelicans’ G League affiliate.

New Orleans enters the 2025–26 season with a roster that includes Zion Williamson, Trey Murphy III, and veteran Kevon Looney in the frontcourt. The team also drafted Jeremiah Fears and Asa Newell in the first round of the 2025 NBA Draft to strengthen its core.
