Panathinaikos' assistant coach Dimitris Itoudis is in the US right now as a guest in the summer camp of the Detroit Pistons and he was impressed by the abilities of the Swedish rising star Jonas Jerebko who was recently picked at number 39 in the NBA Draft.
When asked which player he would take with him back to Athens, Itoudis answer came without hesitation: "Jerebko!". The 22-year old, 204cm tall forward could be a perfect fit for Panathinaikos in case Tsartsaris doesn't continue with the Greens.
