The Boston Celtics have parted ways with two-way forward Miles Norris, according to NBA insider Michael Scotto.

Norris joined Boston on March 2, 2025, after a strong G League campaign split between the Maine Celtics and the Memphis Hustle. His time with the NBA club was brief, appearing in three games and averaging 2.3 points and 3.0 rebounds in 11.7 minutes per contest while shooting 22.2% from the field.

Before landing in Boston, the 6-foot-10 forward had a winding professional journey since going undrafted in the 2023 NBA Draft. He signed a two-way contract with the Atlanta Hawks in July 2023, spending time with their G League affiliate, the College Park Skyhawks, before being waived that December without playing an NBA game.

Norris continued his career overseas with Cagdas Bodrumspor in Turkish League in April 2024, then returned to the United States to sign with the Memphis Grizzlies in October. He was waived three days later and subsequently joined the Memphis Hustle, where he averaged 17.1 points and 5.5 rebounds in 36 appearances this season.

With Maine, Norris averaged 14.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, and shot 38.7% from three in eight games. His combined G League numbers for 2024-25 stood at 16.6 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 38.5% from beyond the arc over 44 games.
