The NBA has officially announced that the Memphis Grizzlies and Orlando Magic will play regular-season games in Europe in January 2026. The first game will take place in Berlin on January 15, followed by a matchup in London on January 18.

These events mark the NBA’s first regular-season game in Germany and the league’s 10th regular-season game in London. Both games will be held at major venues: Uber Arena in Berlin and The O2 in London.

The NBA’s European presence continues to expand, with additional regular-season games planned for Manchester and Paris in 2027, and for Berlin and Paris again in 2028. Specific teams and dates for those games will be announced ahead of each season.

The Grizzlies are set to play their fifth and sixth games in Europe, but this will be their debut in Berlin and London. Their roster includes two-time All-Stars Ja Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr., as well as rookie standouts Zach Edey and Jaylen Wells.

The Magic will be playing their fourth and fifth games in Europe and their third in London. The team features 2024 All-Star Paolo Banchero, German brothers Franz and Moritz Wagner, and defensive standout Jalen Suggs.

Beyond the games, both teams and the NBA will conduct community outreach programs, youth basketball clinics, and coach and referee development initiatives in Berlin and London. These activities are part of the NBA’s broader effort to grow the sport internationally.

The games will be broadcast live across Europe and worldwide, reaching fans in over 200 countries. Ticket sales details will be shared closer to the game dates. Fans interested in attending can register for a chance to win tickets via NBA.com/EuropeGames.

NBA Managing Director for Europe and the Middle East, George Aivazoglou, said the announcement highlights the growing demand for NBA basketball across Europe. Both teams expressed excitement about representing their cities and countries on this international stage.

The Wagner brothers, who grew up in Berlin, welcomed the opportunity to play in their hometown, emphasizing the significance of bringing NBA basketball to German fans.
