The Miami Heat have signed free agent guard Myron Gardner to a two-way contract, according to Chris Haynes.
The 6-foot-6 wing impressed Miami during the 2025 NBA Summer League, averaging 17.5 points and 4.5 rebounds across two appearances.
Gardner, 24, went undrafted in the 2023 NBA Draft and spent the last two seasons developing in the G League with the Osceola Magic.
After a modest rookie campaign, he broke out in 2024–25, averaging 10.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.5 steals in 50 games while shooting 48.8% from the field and 35.3% from three.
He logged four double-doubles and posted a +0.1 plus-minus on a team that missed the G League playoffs.
The Detroit native played high school basketball at Loyola and SPIRE Academy before stops at Georgetown, South Plains College, and Little Rock.
He signed briefly with the Orlando Magic in September 2024 but was waived within the same month, eventually returning to their G League affiliate.
He shot 66.7% from three and a perfect 100% from the free-throw line in his two games with Miami in Las Vegas.
