The Memphis Grizzlies have signed forward PJ Hall to a two-way NBA contract following his standout summer league performance. NBA insider Shams Charania reported the signing on Monday.
Hall, 23, appeared in 19 games last season for the Denver Nuggets after going undrafted in the 2024 NBA Draft. He averaged 1.7 points and 1.2 rebounds in just 3.5 minutes per game during the regular season.
The Clemson product showcased his offensive skill set in the 2025 NBA Summer League, where he averaged an impressive 24.2 points and 14.7 rebounds per 36 minutes while shooting 65.5% from the field. Those numbers caught the attention of Memphis, which has prioritized frontcourt depth this offseason.
Hall originally signed a two-way deal with Denver on July 10, 2024, and split his rookie year between the Nuggets and their G League affiliate. His limited minutes in Denver contrasted sharply with his production in Las Vegas, where he emerged as one of the top big men in the showcase.
Under the terms of the deal, he can appear in up to 50 NBA games while also playing for Memphis’ G League team.
