EA7 Emporio Armani Milan bolstered its backcourt on Saturday by signing veteran guard Lorenzo Brown to a multi-year deal, the Italian club announced.

Brown, 34, joins the 11th-place finishers of last season’s EuroLeague standings after a challenging year with Panathinaikos. At Panathinaikos, he averaged 6.3 points and 2.7 assists per game while helping the team reach the 2025 Final Four and capture the Greek Cup.

The two-time All-EuroLeague selection arrives in Milan with significant experience. Brown has played 199 EuroLeague games over six seasons, putting up career averages of 11.7 points, 4.6 assists, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per contest.

Prior to his stint in Athens, Brown excelled at Maccabi Tel Aviv. He earned All-EuroLeague First Team honors in 2022–23 and was named to the Second Team the following season. Despite his accolades, he struggled to adapt to a reserve role with Panathinaikos, which limited his production.

Milan becomes Brown’s sixth EuroLeague team since debuting with Crvena Zvezda in 2019–20. He later played for Fenerbahce, UNICS Kazan, and Maccabi before heading to Greece.

Before moving to Europe, Brown spent time in the NBA with Philadelphia, Minnesota, Phoenix, and Toronto. He also played in the G League and had two seasons in China with the Zhejiang Golden Bulls and Guangzhou Loong Lions.

Brown holds Spanish citizenship and was a key member of Spain’s gold-medal run at EuroBasket 2022.

Milan, which finished last season 17–17 and outside of the EuroLeague playoff spots, is looking to return to contention under coach Ettore Messina. Brown is expected to bring much-needed leadership and playmaking to the roster as the team rebuilds for the 2025–26 campaign.
