Fenerbahce has officially announced the departure of Serbian guard Marko Guduric after five seasons with the club. The move comes just hours after Guduric helped the Istanbul giants complete a historic treble, winning the EuroLeague, Turkish League, and Turkish Cup.

This marks the end of Guduric’s second stint with Fenerbahce, having previously played for the team from 2017 to 2019 before his brief NBA stint with the Memphis Grizzlies.

The 30-year-old was a key contributor this season, averaging 10.9 points and 3.1 assists in 22 minutes per game in the EuroLeague.

Guduric’s efficient shooting (58.2% FG, 38.4% 3P) and clutch performances made him a fan favorite during his time in Istanbul. His departure now opens the door for a potential move to another EuroLeague contender.

Reports suggest Crvena Zvezda, Guduric’s former club, is a strong suitor for his signature. Olimpia Milano has also been linked with the experienced Serbian wing, who brings championship pedigree and elite perimeter shooting.

Fenerbahce will now look to replace Guduric’s production as they aim to defend their EuroLeague title next season.
