Cedi Osman from Panathinaikos was the one of the key players who locked his team’s spot to the Final Four of the EuroLeague during the Playoffs against Anadolu Efes. He is hoping that Panathinaikos will continue playing like good during their stay in Abu Dhabi.
“This is my first Final Four, I am little bit excited but motivated and ready for the game against Fenerbahce. They are a good team witch good players and excellent coach. We are expecting a good duel”, said Cedi Osman during the open Media practice before the Semi-Finals game against Fenerbahce.
At his first EuroLeague season after returning from the NBA, Cedi Osman had amazing games against Anadolu Efes in the Playoffs.
“It wasn’t easy in the first couple of months to adopt to this system. After that, especially in the Playoffs against Efes, that turned out to be the great one for all of us. I am only hoping we will continue to play that good. It wasn’t easy for me, I was waiting all the time and I knew what I am capable of, what kind of player I am”, said Osman.
“Fenerbahce is an excellent team, playing good in offense especially focusing on offensive rebounds. We need to limit those jumps and after that we need to do fast transition in our offense”, finished Cedi.
