Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner is increasingly expected to remain with the franchise that drafted him, per reporting by Jake Fischer.

After another productive season anchoring Indiana’s defense and showing offensive growth, Turner’s market value continues to climb, but sources suggest there’s “rising expectation” that he will sign a new deal with the Pacers rather than test free agency.

The player’s fit in Indiana, both on and off the court, appears to be a key factor in his likely return. The Pacers’ recent playoff success, including a spirited second-round appearance, has helped solidify the team’s belief in its current core.

While nothing is finalized, Turner staying put would provide the Pacers with rare stability at the center position – something few contending teams currently enjoy.

Turner has played 10 seasons for the Pacers. He has averaged 14.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 2.2 blocks in 642 regular-season games.
