“I connected with Ben a few times my rookie year — it was a COVID year. Also obviously going into second year — I reached out to Big Ben — asked him for any tips he can give me. Watching some of his film, his tape — you’ve gotta study the greats that come before you. Big Ben paved the way for undersized bigs: standing up strong in the paint, standing up against the big fella, seven-footer. So, it’s a lot I took away from his game and from watching his film.”
