Bradley Beal is expected to rejoin the Suns at some point during their ongoing road trip, according to Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic.

The Suns will take on the Celtics in Boston on Friday and the Knicks in New York on Sunday before heading back to Phoenix.

Beal has been sidelined for the past eight games due to a left hamstring strain, with his last appearance coming on March 16 against the Lakers.

The 6’4″ wing has struggled with injuries throughout his career, failing to play more than 53 games in a season since 2020/21 and not surpassing 60 appearances since 2018/19.

This season, Beal has played in 48 games so far, starting 33 of them, and will have the chance to appear in a maximum of 54 games for the Suns, who currently hold a 35-41 record.

In the games he has played, Beal is averaging 17.3 points, 3.6 assists, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.0 steals per game.

He has also been efficient on offense, shooting .505 from the field, .395 from three, and .813 from the free-throw line.

However, his defensive struggles have occasionally led to him being benched by first-year head coach Mike Budenholzer.

This season, the Suns have faced challenges with chemistry between Beal and All-Stars Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, making it difficult for the team to find consistent success.

As of now, Phoenix sits at No. 11 in the Western Conference, 1.5 games behind the No. 10-seeded Sacramento Kings for the final play-in tournament spot.
