The Brooklyn Nets have officially signed forward Kendall Brown to a two-way contract.

Brown, a 6’8”, 200-pound wing, has been a standout performer for the Long Island Nets, Brooklyn’s NBA G League affiliate, this season.

Across 20 regular-season games, including 18 starts, the 21-year-old has averaged 16.1 points while shooting efficiently – 53.5% from the field, 38.3% from three-point range, and 78.4% from the free-throw line.

He has also contributed 5.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.5 steals in 36.3 minutes per contest. Additionally, Brown played in 14 Tip-Off Tournament games (nine starts) for Long Island, where he put up 16.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game.

Before joining the Nets organization, Brown spent two seasons (2022-24) with the Indiana Pacers. During his time in Indiana, he appeared in 21 regular-season games as a reserve, averaging 1.4 points in 4.9 minutes per game.

He also gained postseason experience, playing in seven games during the Pacers’ 2024 run to the Eastern Conference Finals. In the G League, he suited up for the Indiana Mad Ants, appearing in 31 games over two seasons.

Originally from Cottage Grove, Minnesota, Brown was selected with the 48th overall pick in the second round of the 2022 NBA Draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves before being traded to the Pacers.

He played one collegiate season (2021-22) at Baylor University, where he earned unanimous Big 12 All-Freshman Team honors and helped lead the Bears to a share of the conference title.

With Brown’s signing, Brooklyn’s roster now consists of 18 players, including three on two-way contracts.
