WHO/WHAT: adidas Basketball opens its registration for the 18th edition of adidas Eurocamp, the elite showcase bringing together the top draft-eligible basketball athletes aged 18-22 from around the world.
Leveraging its rich sports heritage and expertise, adidas Basketball is joined by a distinguished group of renowned NBA coaches, scouts, agents, and players who are committed to developing the next generation of basketball talent.
This year’s participating teams are Eurocamp 1, Eurocamp 2, 3SSB Select, Next Gen, Team World 1, and Team World 2, made up of athletes from Europe, LATAM, Africa, APAC and emerging markets.
Standout players from last year’s camp include Nikola Djurisic (Serbia), Brice Dessert (France), Mohamed Diawara (France), Michael Ruzic (Croatia), Caleb Holt (USA), Darryn Peterson (USA), Taran Armstrong (Australia), and Bogoljub Markovic (Serbia).
Over its 17 previous editions, adidas Eurocamp has helped launched the careers of over 150 former and current NBA and EuroLeague players, including Zion Williamson (New Orleans Pelicans), Darius Garland (Cleveland Cavaliers), Goran Dragić (Retired NBA Player), Brandon Ingram (New Orleans Pelicans), Jaylen Brown (Boston Celtics), Jusuf Nurkić (Phoenix Suns), Lu Dort (Oklahoma City Thunder), and Bogdan Bogdanović (Atlanta Hawks).
