Here’s New York Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau on the versatile bench play of Miles “Deuce” McBride (averaging 9.4 PPG/2.6 RPG/3.0 APG/0.8 SPG/0.2 BPG/42.6% FG/39.9% 3-PT/81.6% FT/23.9 MPG in 32 games).
*PPG, RPG, APG, SPG, BPG, and MPG are all career-highs*

“There’s some things that he does really well, like he can pick up 94 (feet). But also you have to read and your pickup point has to adjust with pick-and-rolls, so you’re not getting set up with the screen that’s high at half-court. Otherwise you’re looking at downhill in the paint, and force you to collapse. So, I think he’s getting a good feel for that. He’s a jack of all trades: ball pressure, team defense, hustle, big shots, not afraid of the moment. That’s what we love about him.”
