Detroit Pistons head coach JB Bickerstaff says that Wendell Moore Jr. has done all the right things so far (averaging 8.5 PPG/5.0 RPG/1.0 APG/0.5 TOV/1.0 SPG/0.5 BPG/57.1% FG/33.3% 3-PT over his last two games).

“Wendell’s a good basketball player. He’s intelligent. He defends. He can rebound from his position. He can make shots. He’s a well-rounded basketball player. It’s hard night by night, everybody doesn’t get the opportunity, but we believe in his talent. He’s shown that through preseason, through training camp. He’s earned the trust of the coaches, so when we put him in the game, we’re comfortable.”
