Mark Cuban, a minority owner of the Dallas Mavericks, has expressed support for Kamala Harris’ border policy, stating that it is effective, but added that the responsibility for the significant rise in illegal immigration falls on Joe Biden, not her even though she was the Border Czar appointed by Biden.

These remarks were made during a CNBC appearance, just a day after Cuban expressed interest in leading the SEC.

“It’s Biden’s policies,” Cuban said regarding the surge at the border.

“When they finally arrived, just look at the outcomes. It didn’t take long. But still, the crossing numbers are the same as Trump’s pre-pandemic levels.”

“So it worked. What she did actually worked, right?”
