The Atlanta Hawks have signed guard Jordan Bowden to an Exhibit 10 deal, as reported by Cyro Asseo.
Bowden, who recently played for the Canadian Elite Basketball League’s Montreal Alliance, averaged 17.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game.
The former University of Tennessee standout has spent time with various teams in the NBA G League and overseas.
He went undrafted in the 2020 NBA Draft but signed his first Exhibit 10 contract with the Brooklyn Nets later that year.
Although Bowden was waived by the Nets, he went on to play for their G League affiliate, the Long Island Nets.
Bowden re-signed with the Nets for the 2021 training camp, but was waived again before the start of the season.
He continued to develop in the G League, playing for the Maine Celtics and the College Park Skyhawks.
In 2024, Bowden was traded to the Skyhawks, the Hawks’ G League affiliate, in exchange for a 2025 first-round pick.
Bowden then signed with the Montreal Alliance, where he had a successful stint.
An Exhibit 10 contract allows Bowden to compete for a roster spot in training camp. If he doesn’t make the regular-season roster, he could potentially return to the Skyhawks on a two-way contract.
