Paris Basketball has introduced a new logo ahead of its EuroLeague debut for the 2024-25 season.
The reveal took place on September 16, 2024, at the iconic Eiffel Tower, highlighting the club’s ambition and evolving identity.
Founded in 2018, Paris Basketball has quickly risen through the ranks, earning promotion to LNB Pro A in 2021 and winning the LNB Pro A Leaders Cup and the EuroCup titles in 2024.
The new logo, designed by Parisian graphic artist Tyrsa and coordinated by the YARD agency, reflects the club’s Parisian roots and international aspirations.
The design incorporates the Eiffel Tower, symbolizing the city’s energy and creativity, with a distinctive star representing the club’s bright future.
Tyrsa emphasized the importance of maintaining the club’s original spirit while introducing a fresh, identifiable image for Paris and beyond.
Tom Brunet, co-founder of YARD, noted the logo represents an authentic Parisian identity and aims to challenge European basketball norms.
Paris Basketball will showcase its new branding during the French Betclic ELITE season opener and its EuroLeague debut against Red Star Belgrade on October 4.
The club, now the most-followed basketball team on French social media, continues to expand its brand and entertainment experience following a successful season.
David Kahn, president of Paris Basketball, highlighted the logo’s significance as a milestone for the club, linking it to the recent Olympic and Paralympic Games and the team’s EuroLeague debut.
