It’s uncertain whether Isaiah Thomas made a significant impact during his workouts with the Kings or if the team seriously considered signing him. Sacramento currently has one open spot on its training camp roster and only 12 players with fully guaranteed contracts, leaving some flexibility.

In addition to his Kings workout, Thomas also worked out for the Milwaukee Bucks in July, but with a full roster, there hasn’t been any indication that the team extended him an offer.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding his future and whether he’ll land in anyone’s training camp, Thomas remains resolute in his pursuit of returning to the NBA. His determination to keep chasing his basketball dreams, no matter the obstacles, continues to fuel his comeback efforts.

“I believe in myself more than anybody would,” Thomas said. “I just feel like why not keep going and why not show the world what perseverance looks like, what fighting through adversity looks like. Then being able to do it with a smile on your face.”
