The Washington Wizards struggled with rebounding in the 2023/24 season, finishing as the worst team in the NBA in that category.
However, they are poised for improvement in the 2024/25 season with the addition of Jonas Valanciunas and Alex Sarr, among other new players, according to Chase Hughes of The Monumental Sports Network.
Valanciunas, known for his exceptional rebounding ability, has consistently been one of the league’s top rebounders on a per-minute basis throughout his career.
His presence, along with Sarr and the other additions, is expected to significantly bolster the Wizards’ performance on the boards.
