Phoenix Suns superstar Kevin Durant has not ruled out the possibility of playing in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
Durant, who just set the record for the most Olympic gold medals for a Team USA player with his fourth gold in Paris, may continue his Olympic career in his home country.
The 2024 Paris Games saw Durant contribute significantly to Team USA’s historic final victory over France, with a performance that included 13.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game.
The next Summer Olympics will be held in Los Angeles, where Durant will be 39 years old, the same age LeBron James is now.
Despite this, Durant remains open to the idea of competing in Los Angeles, stating, “We’ll see,” regarding his potential participation.
Durant’s future involvement in the Olympics will depend on various factors, including his health and performance leading up to 2028.
For now, Durant is focused on celebrating his recent achievement and contributing to the success of Team USA.
