Jonathan Isaac has committed his future to the Orlando Magic, signing a lucrative five-year, $84 million contract extension.
According to NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski, Isaac’s contract includes a renegotiation of his existing deal with the Magic. His previous contract was for four years, worth $69.6 million.
Isaac, a versatile power forward, has been a key player for Orlando since joining the team in 2017. Despite battling injuries, he has shown promise with his defensive skills and ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor.
Last season, Isaac averaged 6.8 points and 4.5 rebounds in just 15.8 minutes per game, highlighting his potential when healthy.
