Jamal Murray and the Denver Nuggets are likely to agree on a four-year, $209 million maximum contract extension, according to sources cited by Shams Charania of The Athletic.
The Nuggets will formally offer the extension to Murray this offseason. In 2023, Murray was eligible for a three-year, $144 million extension, which he chose not to sign.
Calvin Booth stated at the beginning of the 2023-24 season that the Nuggets were ready to offer Murray a supermax extension if he qualified with an All-NBA selection.
