There are rumors that Miami might consider trading Jimmy Butler instead of extending his contract, according to Kurt Helin. Despite Pat Riley’s statements, Miami is reportedly open to the possibility of parting ways with Butler.

Reuniting Butler with Joel Embiid in Philadelphia could be a viable option, as mentioned by Fischer at Yahoo Sports. Additionally, DeMar DeRozan is a free agent, though he might not be the best fit for Miami.
