Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown addressed the reaction from Cleveland Cavaliers fans after he was booed for grabbing Max Strus’ ankle, which was ruled a common foul.

He expressed his acceptance of the situation, stating that he believes he has the right to protect himself in such instances, especially when he feels there was contact and he’s landed on the ground.

“I embrace it… Felt like there was some contact, finished the play, landed on the ground… I feel like I got the right to at least protect that,” Brown said.
