Jayson Tatum tallied 33 points while Jaylen Brown contributed 28 as the Boston Celtics regained their form after a stumble at home, defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers 106-93 in Game 3. With this victory, they now lead the Eastern Conference semifinals series 2-1.

Following a disappointing loss in Game 2 on their home court, the top-seeded Celtics showed no hesitation in bouncing back. This strong response contrasts with their lackluster performance in the previous game, where they were favored by double digits.

The Celtics’ resilience is reminiscent of their first-round series against Miami, where they also dropped Game 2 before rallying to win three consecutive games and eliminate the Heat.

“We just wanted to bounce back,” said Tatum, who added 13 rebounds. “Disappointing loss the other night, coming into a hostile environment on the road. It was a good test for us to see how we respond.”
