Glen Davis has been sentenced to 40 months in prison by a federal judge, along with three years of supervised release. This comes after his conviction in November 2023 for his involvement in an alleged scheme to defraud the NBA’s health care benefits plan.

Over 20 individuals, including former players like Terrence Williams and Keyon Dooling, have faced sentencing in connection with filing false medical claims with the NBA Players’ Health and Benefit Welfare Plan.

In addition to the prison sentence, Davis was ordered to pay $80,000 in restitution. As part of his supervised release, he is required to attend a financial management class and undergo mandatory drug treatment.
