An insider shed light on the injury status of New York Knicks stars Julius Randle and OG Anunoby, revealing that while both players are progressing, Anunoby is more likely to return for the postseason than Randle.

NBA insider Shams Charania emphasized the Knicks’ cautious approach, indicating that the team is adopting a “wait and see” strategy regarding the availability of both players.

Despite their absence, the Knicks are gearing up for the postseason, preparing for potential scenarios without Randle and Anunoby in the lineup.

Randle’s absence has been notable, considering his significant contributions this season, averaging 24 points, 9.2 rebounds, and five assists per game.

On the other hand, Anunoby’s potential return offers a glimmer of hope for the Knicks, with the forward averaging 14.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game since joining the team.
