The Washington Wizards small forward Bilal Coulibaly will be sidelined for the remainder of the season due to a fractured right wrist.
Looking ahead, the 19-year-old aims to represent Team France at the 2024 Olympics in Paris this summer once he has fully recovered from his injury, according to Josh Robbins of The Athletic.
Coulibaly expressed his determination to be part of the team, acknowledging that ultimately, the coaches will make the selection decisions.
“I will, for sure, try to be on the team,” Coulibaly said. “But, yeah, we’ll see. I mean, coaches make their choices, and I totally respect it. So, yeah, we’ll see.”
