Anthony Davis dropped 36 points and grabbed 16 rebounds as the Los Angeles Lakers (39-32) secured a thrilling 150-145 win over the Indiana Pacers (40-32).

Teaming up with Davis, LeBron James delivered a standout performance with 26 points and 10 assists. Spencer Dinwiddie stepped up with 26 points, contributing significantly to the Lakers’ highest-scoring game in over three decades. Austin Reaves added 25 points.

Despite a late surge from the Pacers, the Lakers maintained their composure, sealing the victory with clutch free throws in the final minute.

Indiana’s Pascal Siakam led the Pacers’ charge with 36 points and 12 rebounds, but it wasn’t sufficient to overcome the Lakers’ offensive firepower.

Myles Turner added 20 points, while TJ McConnell contributed 17 points and seven assists, and Andrew Nembhard had 15 points. All-Star guard Tyrese Haliburton scored 12 points, dished out 10 assists, and grabbed six rebounds.

The win keeps the Lakers in ninth place in the Western Conference as they continue their pursuit of playoff contention, now trailing three games behind the sixth-placed Phoenix Suns.

It’s the opposite for the Pacers, who aim to remain a direct playoff place, currently sitting sixth in the East, just half-game ahead of the Miami Heat.
