Aleksey Savrasenko was unhappy about his playing time in CSKA Moscow this season. He showed his disappointment in public which led to a decision to loan him out to another team. Andrey Vatutin, CSKA Moscow CEO, said that this decision wasn't easy to make.
CSKA will now look for a team where Savrasenko could finish the season. During eight Euroleague games 29-year-old center averaged 4.8 points and 3 rebounds per game in 15 minutes.
