The Hornets, on the other hand, faced challenges with Brandon Miller scoring 29 points and Miles Bridges contributing 21 points and 10 rebounds. However, the Hornets suffered their fourth straight defeat since the trade involving Terry Rozier and Kyle Lowry.
Julius Randle’s absence, following a shoulder injury, did not deter the Knicks’ momentum. Additional Knicks players, OG Anunoby, Evan Fournier, and Mitchell Robinson, were also unavailable due to various reasons.
Meanwhile, the Hornets missed the services of key starters LaMelo Ball, Gordon Hayward, and Mark Williams.
