Los Angeles Lakers’ LeBron James, a minority owner of FC Liverpool, took to social media to share his thoughts on Jurgen Klopp’s decision to leave the club at the end of the current season.

In a heartfelt tweet, James expressed his gratitude, saying, “THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND MORE!! You are one helluva manager, and you’ll never be forgotten, and more importantly, YOU’LL NEVER WALK ALONE!! The Reds will miss you!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🔴🔴❤️.”

On January 26, 2024, Klopp announced his departure from the role of Liverpool manager, citing a need for a break from football management due to running out of energy. He clarified that he wouldn’t manage another team in England apart from Liverpool.

During Klopp’s tenure, Liverpool enjoyed immense success, securing multiple titles, including the Premier League in 2019–20, FA Cup in 2021–22, and UEFA Champions League in 2018–19, among others.

In the ongoing season, Liverpool continues to compete on multiple fronts, leading the Premier League, advancing to the Round of 16 in the Europa League, and remaining contenders in the FA Cup and EFL Cup.
