Laboral Kutxa needed a late rally from Greek veteran Ioannis Bourousis to overcome Rio Monbus 82-75 in week two of Liga Endesa action.

Darius Adams posted 23 points to lead the winners but it was Bourousis who stepped up late on to finish with 17 points and 13 rebounds overall.

Angelo Caloiaro led Rio Monbus with 17 points.

Andorra collected their first win of the season with an 83-81 win away at Tenerife in what was an outstanding game of basketball.

The visitors though were forced to hold on in the closing stages but kept their composure to claim their win at the second time of asking this season as Betinho Gomes led the Andorrans with 21 points.

Real Madrid have a win to their name this season as the champions eased past Gipuzkoa 94-61.

Madrid though were extremely sluggish after the first quarter, trailing 26-22 and not executing how coach Pablo Laso wants them to, the champions had a wake up call but once the second period began, the Spanish giants awoke from their slumber and were clinical throughout.

Jaycee Carroll led Madrid with 19 points as Laso used this game to give the bench and in particular youngsters like the promising Luka Doncic a run.

Barcelona were flawless as they trounced Sevilla 97-58 on the road in an all-round display of dominance.

The Catalan side made up for their loss to Pinar Karisyaka Izmir in the Euroleague, midweek as Pau Ribas picked up 18 points in the victory.

Valencia eventually got the job done against Joventut Badalona in a closely fought contest.

The hosts though managed to keep their noses in front to record their second win of the season, as Bojan Dubljevic led the way with 20 points.

Around the league, there were wins for Zaragoza as they comfortably saw-off UCAM Murcia 84-64, Gran Canaria were even more impressive 85-59 victors on the road at Bilbao and there were also victories for Unicaja Malaga [81-59 against Fuenlabrada] and Manresa [85-67 against Estudiantes].
