Washington Wizards standout Kyle Kuzma has showered praise on the budding talent of 18-year-old French prospect Tidjane Salaun.

This accolade comes on the heels of Salaun’s strong showing in a Basketball Champions League (BCL) game, catching the attention of NBA Draft expert Jonathan Givony, who tweeted, “Another strong outing for potential lottery pick Tidjane Salaun in the BCL. 18 points (4/5 3P) in 23 minutes for the 6-foot-10, 18-year-old French wing.”

In response to Givony’s tweet, Kuzma shared an intriguing anecdote: “I went over to France to watch some hoops, this kid comes up to me and goes ‘see you in two years’ yupppp,” accompanied by two laughing emojis.

Salaun’s promising performances continue to turn heads, maintaining an average of 13 points and 3.3 rebounds in 22.2 minutes per game for Cholet in the Basketball Champions League.
