Bam Adebayo led the Miami Heat (9-5) to a commanding 118-100 victory over the Chicago Bulls (5-10) on Monday night, marking their eighth win in the last nine games after a challenging start to the season.

Adebayo’s standout performance, contributing 23 points and 11 rebounds, propelled the Heat to redemption following a recent loss where they squandered a 21-point lead in the same arena. Jimmy Butler, facing his former team, added 16 points to the Heat’s triumph.

The Bulls, for the fourth consecutive game at home, found themselves trailing early, falling behind 12-2 within the first three minutes, courtesy of Duncan Robinson’s two early 3-pointers.

Robinson, scoring 11 of his 22 points in the first quarter, extended his streak of hitting at least one 3-pointer in every game this season.

Chicago’s Zach LaVine continued to struggle, limited to 13 points on a season-low nine shot attempts.

Coby White led the Bulls with a season-high 20 points, including four 3-pointers, while Nikola Vucevic contributed 18 points, and DeMar DeRozan added 15.

The Heat’s bench, featuring rookie forward Jaime Jaquez Jr. with 19 points and Kevin Love contributing 11 points and eight rebounds, outperformed the Bulls’ reserves with a combined total of 42 points compared to Chicago’s 21.
