The Chicago Bulls have had a lackluster start with a disappointing record of 3-6. At certain points, they’ve appeared lethargic and lackluster in their performances this season.

ESPN’s Brian Windhorst reports that this has caught the attention of other teams, prompting them to keep a close eye on the situation in Chicago.

“In talking to some people around the league, the scouts are jamming themselves into Bulls games because they realize that at some point, the Bulls may break this team up,” Windhorst recently said on NBA Today.

“And they’re all gathering intelligence like, ‘What’s gonna happen with the Bulls?'”

DeMar DeRozan is entering the last year of his three-year contract with the Chicago Bulls, and reports suggest that extension negotiations between DeRozan and the team are currently at a considerable distance.

Additionally, there have been rumors of interest from other teams in Zach LaVine, who is committed to over $178 million in salary through the 2026-27 season.
