TAU Baskonia has announced the signing of Mustafa Shakur for the next season. Shakur is an American playmaker who comes from Prokom Trefl Sopot, the team he played for last season. He is 24 years old, and became a professional player in the last season, after playing for Arizona for four years, getting some awards in the PAC conference.
Playing with Prokom at Euroleague level, he averaged 7.6 points, 2.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. He won the Polish league. During the summer he has played for Charlotte Bobcats in Las Vegas.
