Charlotte Hornets head coach Steve Clifford believes that rookie Brandon Miller processes the game just like Hall of Famer Tracy McGrady did with the Houston Rockets (Cliff was an assistant in Houston from 2003-07).

“To play in this league, you’re talented, but he’s one of the few guys…I’ll never forget Tracy McGrady was like this: Somebody would show him something, and he could do it that night. Brandon Miller’s like: You show him something in the afternoon, and he can do it tonight. He is super high IQ and it comes easy to him.”
