Orlando Magic head coach Jamahl Mosley was asked about what he saw from rookie Anthony Black during Thursday’s 115-113 road win vs. the Utah Jazz (9 points/3 rebounds/1 assist/2 steals/4-4 FG/1-3 FT).

(via Orlando Magic):

“Growth. I think he’s a young man that stays ready, he stays in the gym continuing to work, and he’s got a great, great basketball IQ where he sees the game a different way and his teammates trust him. There was not a hesitation in him being on the floor in a late game because he is mature beyond his years in that area and he’s a heck of a defender. I think he’s going to always learn to make the right play as the game goes on.”
