After battling injuries over the past three seasons, Lakers’ star forward Anthony Davis adopted a different approach this offseason, signaling his determination to stay on the court for more games this year.

In a recent preseason game against the Bucks, the 30-year-old contributed 16 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists in a 108-97 loss.

Speaking about Davis’s renewed dedication, Lakers head coach Darvin Ham lauded the forward, acknowledging his pivotal role within the team.

“I see a level of focus that’s been infectious. He’s been phenomenal. He’s the heart and soul of our team,” Ham said about Davis, per Mike Trudell.
