Dominique Wilkins recently discussed how he felt getting his #21 jersey retired by the Atlanta Hawks back in 2001 next to Bob Pettit and the late Lou Hudson.

(via VladTV):

“It was great because when my jersey got retired it was only two other jerseys that were retired. It was Bob Pettit and Lou Hudson. I was the third jersey to be retired in that building. That was a special moment because I learned a lot from Lou Hudson, and Bob Pettit, who’s absolutely a great friend of mine and I have a lot of respect for. So to be up there with those two guys was special.”
