Toni Kukoc, a Croatian legend and Hall of Famer, has shed light on a lesser-known aspect of Michael Jordan’s game – his uncharacteristic silence on the court during the 1992 Olympics.

In an interview with Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson, Kukoc reminisced about those unforgettable Olympic moments. “No, I don’t think so. I don’t think I ever heard Mike talk smack to us in the Olympics,” he said.

It’s a revelation that contrasts with the image of Jordan as a fierce competitor renowned for his trash-talking prowess.

Kukoc went on to describe Jordan’s approach, emphasizing his unwavering self-confidence and basketball brilliance. “Michael was one of those guys if you don’t wake him up, then he’s gonna play. He believes in his skill and his dominance and he’ll probably score 25 or 30 on you if you ‘let it be’ in a way.”

However, Kukoc issued a stern warning to anyone who dared challenge Jordan verbally: “But if you’re going to start talking trash to him, make SURE that you can cover it! Because if you can’t, he’ll hit you for 45-50 and make you feel each and EVERY bucket he scores.”
