European basketball star Nikola Mirotic finally decided that his next stop is to join Olimpia Milano on a multi-year deal.

In a public release, the Italian team made the announcement that Mirotic will indeed enforce them for a partnership that would last until 2026.

Mirotic spent his last four seasons banning FC Barcelona. He averaged 15.4 points and 4.3 boards for them in the previous 2022-23 season.

The 32-year-old enjoyed lucrative individual success with FC Barcelona while also being their 2022 EuroLeague MVP and the top proponent of their three-straight EuroLeague Final Fours. But this offseason, the club has decided to cut ties with him despite the fact that Mirotic still has two more years left on their current deal.

This marks the first time that Mirotic will play in a EuroLeague team outside of Spain. The big man played from 2008 to 2014 for Real Madrid, aiding the club to win one Spanish League championship in 2013 as their ace cager and All-Europe star.

Between 2014 to 2019, Mirotic suited up for the Chicago Bulls, New Orleans Pelicans, and the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA. For 319 total games, he averaged 12.3 points, 5.9 boards, and 35.9 percent three-point efficiency in the United States.
